MLA Office Furniture's return policy from manufacturer defects and shipping damages are applicable to all of our office furniture. We are located in Orlando Florida. If the product is damaged in shipping or there is a manufacturing defect you can return your items to the manufacturer for a prompt exchange. Damage must be noted on delivery ticket upon delivery. Shipping costs may apply. MLA Office Furniture can not be held responsible for damage from assembly. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be assessed. You must notify MLA Office Furniture of any damage with in seventy two hours of delivery by phone (407) 896 1251 to be eligible for an exchange. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
