If the product is damaged in shipping or their is a manufacture defect you can return your items for a prompt exchange. MLA Office Furniture can not be held responsible for damage from assembly. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be assessed.
